It depends on the target machine equipment (hydraulics supply type). Most machining centres supply hydraulics to the systems with an overhead top arm, a rotary joint or a manifold with a coupling or ports. If those are not available, the system is connected to an offline pump via a quick-release coupling.
The system design must be approved before the raw materials are ordered and the production process started.
The design and construction is usually approved during Customer’s visit or via a video conference or e-mail.
The Customer provides us with sample parts so that we can check the clearance and correct clamping before shipment. The system is clamped under pressure for 24 h to check the hydraulic system.
Yes. We always encourage our Customers to visit our production facility for inspection prior to shipping. This allows the customer to check how the parts fit on the fixture and how the fixture functions.
